Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract 11.0 – Dutchman’s Creek WWTP Renovation was received by the Town of Mocksville on January 24, 2019, at which time the Bids received were publicly opened and read.  The Project consists of constructing a headworks structure with screening, two clarifiers, a sludge pumping station, and an aerobic digester. Ancillary equipment will also be added as part as this project, including blowers, process pumps, and a sludge thickener.

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract 1.0 – Scotland Elementary School was received by Scotland County on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.  The Project consists of installation of approximately 1,320 feet of 4-inch force main, 1,300 feet of 12-inch water line, gravel access drive, new pump station and all appurtenances.

The Town of Mooresville received bids for the Washwater Basin Improvements project on July 12, 2018.  The project consists of improvements to the existing washwater basin at the Town of Mooresville Water Treatment Plant #1.

The Project consists of installation of approximately 9,200 feet of sewer outfall varying in size from 24-inch to 42-inch from the vicinity of NC Highway 3 along Rocky River to the existing sewer at the Linwood Farms Pumping Station. The work will include decommissioning of the Linwood Farms Pumping Station. Approximately 680 feet of 8-inch sewer will also be installed to allow for decommissioning of the Harris Village Pumping Station.

The Project begins at Catawba Avenue in Cornelius and extends to Concord Avenue in Davidson. These phases of the project will be built simultaneously under one contract and will consist of 76 feet of 2-inch water main, 1,705 feet of 6-inch water main, 24 feet of 8-inch water main, 1,836 feet of 16-inch water main, and 7,541 feet of 24-inch water main.

Bids were received on February 8, 2018, for results refer to the Charlotte Water website.

The Project consists of constructing approximately 1,625 feet of 6-inch water line and 600 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, and all appurtenances.
