Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract 11.0 – Distribution System Improvements Phase 1 were received by City of Laurinburg on December 10, 2020, at which time the Bids received were publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing approximately 3,150 feet of 20-inch water line, 2,965 feet of 12-inch water line, 100 feet of 6-inch water line and all appurtenances. Approximately 1,400 feet of 3-inch HDPE temporary water line will be constructed to maintain water service for Scotland Memorial Hospital and a skilled nursing facility.
