Sealed Bids for the construction of the Sandy Ford Road Water Line Loop were received by the City of Mount Holly on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at which time the Bids received were publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing approximately 1,649 linear feet of 12-inch water line and all appurtenances.
