Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract 1.0 – Scotland Elementary School was received by Scotland County on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of installation of approximately 1,320 feet of 4-inch force main, 1,300 feet of 12-inch water line, gravel access drive, new pump station and all appurtenances.
