Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract 2.0 – Flocculation and Sedimentation Improvements were received, by Cleveland County Water on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at which time the Bids received were publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing three new rapid mixers and two new flocculators, renovating the existing sedimentation basins and flocculators, extending the chemical feed system, and installing approximately 115 linear feet of 24-inch raw water line including all appurtenances.
Bids Rejected on May 9. Project will have scope reduced and advertised at a later date.
